This guide provides a description of how you as retailer can search for and order products directly from our webshop.
Find what you're looking for
There are several ways to find the item you’re looking for:
- You can click your way through product navigation.
- You can use our search function. Type your search term in the field and click on “Search”. For more information on how to search, go to the “Search Tips” tab.
Once you find the item you're interested in, click on the “Buy” or “Select” button. The “Select” button will appear if you need to make additional choices, such as selecting size or colour.
By clicking “Buy”, the item is added to the shopping cart. In the shopping cart you will see the number of items as well as the order amount. By clicking on “Proceed to checkout”, you will be sent to the checkout page where you can change the contents of the order. On the checkout page you can also save your shopping cart to a favourite list. The saved shopping cart can be retrieved and used at a later time.
Proceed to checkout
When you have finished shopping, click on “Proceed to checkout”, which you will see in the shopping cart. On the checkout page you will be required to login or register (our webshop is only available to registered retailers). You can change the number of items as well as delete items. Check to make sure that the address and order are correct before completing your purchase.
Existing customers can login with their username and password.
Only for retailers. In order to shop from our online store, you have to be registered as a customer. The easiest way to do this is by contacting us. We will provide you with a username and a temporary password. You can change the password and any customer details after your first login.
Confirm the order
When all the information on the checkout page is correct, you select delivery and payment method. If applicable, fill in any other information you wish to provide us with and click on “Complete purchase”.
This is where you select the payment method.
The receipt is your confirmation that we have received your order. While the receipt is being processed, we will send an e-mail confirmation to the e-mail address provided during registration. The e-mail confirms that we have received your order. You can print and save the receipt that appears on the screen.
Unless otherwise stated, the products will be delivered immediately from our warehouse.
You can find previous orders under "My Account”. If you click on an order, you’ll see more detailed information as well as all order lines. You can copy an order and use it as a basis the next time you want to shop. If you click on the item number, you will see all completed deliveries. In the order overview you can see if a package is traceable via our tracking feature.
