– In this case, we worked very closely with the customer to develop a solution fully tailored to their requirements. As in several other projects, we chose to use dual W400 stands with a different foot design than standard to achieve maximum stability and load capacity. From our standard range, we also incorporated perforated uprights, a paper dispenser, and label holders. The remaining components are completely customized, says Niklas, Design Engineer.

– Some examples of custom-designed features included in the solution are an integrated cable channel, covered side panels and rear section, deeper shelves with dividers, and a pull-out waste container. The workbench is also equipped with a reinforced frame built from 60×30 mm tubing instead of the standard 35×35 mm. The entire solution has been modified to streamline and optimize a specific part of the operation within a complex working environment, says Niklas.
