Chemical cabinets with bottom trays 
For storage of chemicals, we have chemical cabinets in three different sizes. Each and every one with a collection tray at the bottom for collection of spillage and environmentally hazardous waste, the volume of these varies in relation to the size of the cabinets. The chemical cabinets are equipped with self-closing doors, which closes automatically at a temperature rise of 50 ° C in the room. They are also fire tested for 30 minutes according to EN 14470-1 and supplied with a connection socket (Ø100 mm) for supply and exhaust air.

Fire insulated chemical cabinets 
When it comes to storage of flammable and toxic chemicals, another level of safety is required. In our selection, we have seven cabinets in this category, in different sizes and variants. The fire insulated cabinets are made in heavy steel plate and equipped with movable shelves, a ventilation duct with extraction points, and an air outlet on the cabinet ceiling. The shelves have folded edges and closed corners to prevent runoff in the event of spillage and can also be supplemented with a collection tray at the bottom for storage of larger cans. These cabinets have been tested by the Swedish Testing and Research Institute regarding the ventilation.

Fireproof cabinet for flammable goods in stores and retail
If you store flammable goods in a store or sales premises, fireproof cabinets are needed to create a safe and secure environment. Our fire cabinet is approved and P-marked based on tests executed by the Swedish Technical Research Institute according to SP method 2369. Inside the cabinet, it is permitted to store both flammable liquid in plastic bottles and aerosol cans, but not both products in the same cabinet. It has a large storage volume and is approved for storing up to 370 liters of flammable goods.

According to the Swedish Myndigheten för samhällsskydd och beredskaps föreskrift (SÄIFS 1996: 2), flammable goods at points of sale, must be handled with total security and safety. According to SÄIFS, a safety distance of 6 meters from flammable goods to flammable materials is reassuring safety (small containers, max. 0.125 liters and less than 25 liters flammable liquid class 3 may be placed closer). The distance to the escape route in the building should be at least 12 m, when storing more than 100 liters flammable goods. The permitted amount of flammable goods at the point of sale is also limited in relation to the size of the store. Fireproof cabinets are a quick and easy way to achieve reassuring safety and security. Flammable goods and aerosols must not be stored in the same cabinet.

Stable cabinets with flexible possibilities 
In conclusion, all cabinets are manufactured in a stable construction, flexible in relation to interior options, and qualified for the respective safety requirements. Some of the cabinets are delivered with collection trays, while others can be supplemented with this for a safer and easier collection of spillage or environmentally hazardous waste. Bottom trays are also a good solution if you want to be able to store larger cans in the bottom of the cabinet.
