Edith, inhouse sales: ”As a new member of the team, I have been warmly welcomed”

Team WFI introduces a new addition to the sales department at the office in Gnosjö, Edith Nilenfors! Edith completed her high school internship at WFI AB in spring 2022 and has now found her way back to the company, nowadays as a part of the inhouse sales department. She describes the first period in her new role as both developing and educational – but, above all, highlights how welcome she felt by the rest of the team.

After graduating from the economics program at GKC in Gnosjö 2022, Edith started her professional career as an economic assistant at a larger company in the region. At that time, she worked with administrative tasks and assisting in the economic parts. Nowadays, she is employed at WFI, where she has taken the next step in her career and entered the role as an inhouse salesperson.

– It feels great to be a part of WFI! I got to know the team and company a bit when I did my internship here, so I am excited to be able to come back and continue that journey. My first period here has been developing, varied, and educational. There is a lot going on all the time, which contributes to me learning new things at the same pace – and I look forward to growing into my position even more. I received such a warm welcome, both from the sales department itself and company as a whole, and I already feel like a part of the crew, Edith says.

Three fast questions with Edith!

What do you prefer to do in your free time?
-   I play plenty of floorball and golf depending on the season. My weeks are planned based on trainings and games, and the time that is left I hang out with friends.

How would you describe the working environment at WFI?
-   It really feels like a little family! As new at the office, I have been warmly welcomed and everyone has been so nice and helpful from day one.

How would you describe WFI as an employer?
-   Since I did my internship here during high school, I had a feeling of what I was getting into and could expect. I knew that it was a good company and a workplace I enjoy.
